PanResize.com is provided free of charge for Indian citizens, applicants, and service centers for formatting passport photos, handwritten signatures, and identity proof documents for submission on Indian government PAN portals (NSDL / UTIITSL).
3. Independent Service & Disclaimer of Affiliation
PanResize.com is an independent utility website. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited (Protean), UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited (UTIITSL), the Income Tax Department of India, or any Government of India agency.
4. Accuracy & Verification
While PanResize.com is meticulously engineered to follow the official dimension, DPI, and file size specifications (such as 200 DPI @ 50KB for NSDL and 300/600 DPI for UTIITSL), users are solely responsible for verifying that their final documents meet any specific requirements posted on their respective portal before submission.

In no event shall PanResize.com or its maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, or from rejected government applications.
